Giles Edwards

Giles was a member of the senior management team at Newbridge Capital Investments managing funds of c £75 million. This involved control of refurbishment projects in both office and retail, negotiation of lettings and rent reviews, and management of agents, lawyers, property managers and specialist surveyors.

Prior to that Giles was an asset management surveyor at CB Richard Ellis working with clients such as ING and Rugby Estates.
