Giles Parker M.R.I.C.S.

Giles is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, with over 15 years experience of real estate investment, asset management and development in UK and European markets. Giles has significant experience underwriting and closing commercial real estate transactions, including development joint ventures, junior and senior debt, CMBS and private equity fund investment.

Prior to joining the Recept team, Giles was a Development Director at Babcock and Brown and was a consultant on various real estate projects for several major organizations, including the European Investment Bank. Giles has also worked for the London based global real estate investment teams at MetLife and the Government of Singapore (GIC). During the 1990s, Giles began his career as an Investment Agent in London and worked on a large number of institutional investment transactions and commercial development projects.
