Peter Clarke FCIS ACIArb.

Peter was Executive Officer at The British Land Company PLC where he worked for 21 years until 2010. He has significant corporate finance experience having led the financing and restructuring of over £10bn of capital markets debt in the UK and US. He was also Chair of the Derivatives Committee.

Peter instigated and led the Corporate Responsibility agenda at British Land, introducing the partnership approach, Building Together strategy for British Land.

Peter was Chairman of Broadgate Estates Limited a subsidiary of British Land which manages large estates and properties across London and the UK including Broadgate, More London, Chiswick Park and Liverpool One.

Peter is Chair of the Better Building Partnership, the innovative collaboration between the London Mayor's Office and London's major commercial landlords. Peter is a member of the IPF Research Steering Group and the BPF Sustainability Committee.
