For banks we provide a unique due diligence service, named by us the 'Receptive Method' to provide comfort to risk committees when undertaking real estate lending. Although there is a great deal of standard due diligence undertaken before loans are made (e.g. valuations, environmental reports, certificates of title ) a heavy reliance is placed on 'relationship lending' in respect of management and management systems.
Our Receptive Method allows independent due diligence to be undertaken without damage to existing bank / customer relationships.
